Professional Background
Heather is the founding principal of Bock Law, LLC. She received her BA as a double major in Political Science and Russian Area Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated Cum Laude. She then received her MA in Russian and Eastern European Politics from George Washington University.
Legal Education & Experience
Following her ABD from Emory University in Political Science, Heather attended and graduated valedictorian from John Marshall Law School and has been practicing since 2006. She has focused on real estate title issues and litigation and bankruptcy for almost fifteen years with McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC, where she was a partner in the bankruptcy department.
Current Practice
She has subsequently left to focus on her passions and to use her knowledge to help people in their estate planning. Heather is licensed in Georgia, Wisconsin, Connecticut and Washington DC. Her approach is grounded in practical solutions that fit real families and real budgets, keeping everything in plain English and avoiding unnecessary legal jargon.
